- Quiet hours: 22:00–06:00.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight (guest registration is required by local rules).
- Smoking only on the balcony.

FAQ
What are the check‑in hours?
Check‑in is hosted in person, usually between 16:00 and 20:00. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance so we can plan smoothly.
Can I check in late?
Late check‑in can be possible on request, up to 23:00. Please ask before booking or as early as possible (not last‑minute).
How many guests can stay, and what is the bed setup?
The apartment can host up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds that can be joined into a double on request (please ask in advance). The living room has a single sofa bed.
Is it suitable for babies?
Yes — a premium baby cot can be provided on request. Please let us know ahead of time so it’s ready for arrival.
Is there an elevator?
Yes. The building has a restored glass-and-wood Stigler panoramic elevator. There are 6 wide steps before reaching the elevator.
What amenities are included?
You have the entire apartment: two bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and a private balcony. Linen and towels are provided, plus basic items like water, tea and coffee capsules.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Please do not throw anything from the balcony.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed for sanitation reasons.
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 22:00–06:00.
Can unregistered visitors stay overnight?
No. Only registered guests may stay overnight, as required by Italian guest-registration rules.
Is there a security camera?
There is an external camera at the entrance for the security of everyone in the building. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
How fast is the Wi‑Fi?
The apartment has fiber internet up to 2.5 Gbps. Actual speed depends on devices and network conditions, but it’s designed to be work‑friendly.
